Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

DDMP2, in states where medically assisted dying is legal, says you need 15 grams of morphine plus propranolol, diazepam, and digoxin. You can combine meds and it will help but it is incredibly difficult to have a fatal overdose since such large amounts of meds are required.
