So if you spray enough pesticide gas in a plastic bag and you put it around your head and seal it using a rope around yoyr neck, can it kill you?

I've read before that it's because of the certain pesticides that can kill you they are illegal/banned in western countries. Plus it may be painful and unreliable. But suicide by pesticide poisoning is one of the most common methods especially in regions like Asia. So regardless of its problems it's still a way to die.
