Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I thought you meant stuff in-general when you said "similar outbursts". I don't see the issue with people smoking while walking though.
I'm not a smoker. I also had friends who are asthmatic have issues with people smoking outdoors bring this EXACT issue up. It's just cigarette smoke, get over it. Not like you can do much to prevent people from smoking outside anyway.
Why? In some Asian countries it is banned to smoke in public, be it outdoors or indoors. Only in your place you can smoke, ie your own house, or car etc.
