I've tried partial suspension by leaning forward while standing up. The problem was after I went unconscious I would end up thrashing around and manage to somewhat stand up which loosens the noose. I've researched this and this seems to happen to other people to. To solve this I'm thinking of using something to strangle myself while hanging myself so that loosening of the noose won't ruin it.

full suspension is really the best plan of attack here . plus lube your ropes, they pull tighter and snap back quicker.
sorry if I'm preaching to the choir.

Don't lean forward standing up like this.

Instead, just drop into a wall sitting position. Like this.
Rope coming from above.

You pass out, it's over.

If you stand up from that position, watch out for the government putting you in a lab because you are not human.(or make a proper fucking slipknot noose and sinch it in tight properly...)

This is for your specific case.

Standing position may work for some.
