Venting panic attack. health ptsd?

i think my tinnitus flaring up in the way it did gave me ptsd. and i keep getting panic attack. i feel so so so so tired. i just want someone to write somethign nice and kind to me if you can. i feel so thin and hollow and tired.

Health issues plus PTSD is probably one of the worst combos you can live with. both feed into each other to such a drastic degree.

I don't know about what you have going on in your life, but when I developed ptsd I started experiencing very loud ringing in my ears followed by panic attacks. I assume they're related for me so maybe they're related for you?
