• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

What I really struggle with is I don't have outward emotion.
Inside of me I can't even begin to express how I feel.I don't want to disappoint people so I end up saying I coping than I am.
Because I don't outwardly show emotion I feel even more alone and misunderstood .I can't even seem to express it here it's like there is some type of barrier

I get this way sometimes myself. I find it helps to try channeling those feelings instead of trying to express them. I paint or sketch while listening to music that matches my mood, but there are many things you can do to channel them.

I think a lie we often tell people is we are okay, but on the inside we are screaming.

I struggle to put my feelings into words also but always found writing it down helped as I'm able to think about what I'm typing. Me and my ex use to sit there sometimes passing the phone back and forth.

Alot of the time you have to lie to people by telling them it's ok when its not. They wouldn't understand anyways and sometimes you know deep down the problem can't be fixed anyways so why even go into conversation about it with them.
