overweight and SN

My weight is 220-230 lb.
How much SN would I need? Would SN work on me because of high weight?
Any precautions ?

The recommended provision is 35 grams if you're over 100kg/220lbs. It should still work

According to Stan's Guide it's estimated to use about 100mg for every kilo you weigh. This would be about 10g for you. 25g diluted in 50ml should be more than enough, the most important part is keeping it down. The guides all suggest much more than the actual necessary dose because it is extremely likely that you will vomit, and the goal is to keep and absorb as much SN as possible. It's recommended to make backups as well in case you vomit too much. These estimations for the minimum amount required are also not concrete, people have ctbed on as little as 1g. I definitely recommend looking up the SN threads on this forum, highly useful tools! I hope you find your peace as well

i have domperidome. Maybe a 30-50 mg dose would help better to avoid vomiting, than the recommended 10-20 mg dose of it..??

Recommended dose is 10-20 mg one hour before SN..
