I take Benadryl and overdose on it, like between 5-15 pills 25 mg on a somewhat regular basis to knock myself out. Will I have negative long-term effects? I'm around 110 lbs. I've been doing it a couple times a week but I'm trying to wean myself off. How often can I do it without long term harm
I recommend checking out r/DPH on Reddit. Especially the pinned posts at the top of the sub.
DPH is very damaging when taken long-term, especially at high doses. It can lead to brain damage and it can harm other organs, too. It's a very dangerous drug when not used as directed.
Doubt it would knock you out , you'll just have a fun trip lol.
I've overdosed on benadryl at 3000mg , i was never just knocked out I had multple seizures and then was knocked out ... and then died and then brought back.
It's a shitty way to go

Yes I've had a few teeth literally crumble from daily use overdosing and no other drugs your teeth can literally turn to dust eventually without pain beforehand signaling they are even deteriorating
this is a frequent topic on ss apparently
i've done every drug, including meth. and dph is by FAR the most evil, not necessarily addictive or anything like that im jst saying it feels EVIL. the things u see will make u a believer not of god but bare witness to hell and u will never forget
i also neglected to mention, and more directly to the point of your post
studies have shown that even minimal benadrly use(i.e. not overdosing) over a long period of time EVEN AS DIRECTED causes long term impacts on the brain, higher risk of dementia in later life
i think also its correlated with schizophrenia or smth
