When people od and die from methadone it's usually because they combined other drugs and alcohol
Methadone alone can be lethal...but you could wake up and suffer painfully. That's why a combo is advised, to keep you asleep. I don't know if anyone ever suffered from this method. I want to know too because I'm considering it. But you need anti emetics...which is another this that seems impossible to get

you need a prescription...but they give you alternatives with metaclopramide withoit prescription...i think they are the same
