Other ways to CTB? Any doctors?

Are there any doctors on this forum? I wouldn't suppose so, but if you are you could possibly help us out with providing better ways to CTB. As well as maybe providing us with documentation to die lol. I wish I could get a false diagnoses so I could request suicide at dignitas. I wish I knew a doctor that would help us with getting fake documentation to die.
