I'm in the US and obtaining metoclopramide is difficult. I only want to use legal sources and materials. Are there any equivalent over the counter antiemetics?

I'd like to know, too. Is there anything OTC I can get here in the US that would be strong enough to keep me from puking up N?

I've been having this issue as well. I have heard a couple people claiming that Meclizine might be strong enough, but it is an histamine so I don't know.

Anyone know much about Meclizine?

Isn't Pimperan legal?

Most OTC antiemetics have a different method of action, they usually prevent nausea/motion sickness that leads to vomiting rather than stopping your body from vomiting. There may be some you could find if you look really hard. Have you thought of going to an "online doctor" and saying you have GERD or something similar?

Maybe you can suggest stomach trouble, vomiting or nausea, and easily get a script for Zofran. Is that a good one?

Scopolamine would. It directly prevents vomiting by blocking out the acetylcholine receptors, directly preventing the gastrointestinal muscles from contracting in a way that causes vomiting. Get the datura inoxia seeds (which contains hyoscyamine) and take 10-20. Alternatively, you could grab some buscopan (scopolamine butylbromide. But I am clueless on hoe useful that is yet. Whatever you do, DON'T use the hydrobromide version (transdermal scopolamine), that likely won't do much except for motion sickness.

Thanks for the potential alternatives. Both seem troublesome. I tried looking for Scopolamine, but only found patches. The effects of Datura Inoxia are alarming with a hallucinogenic effect and it also acts as an upper and a downer. It would cause paralysis while fully awake and aware. Any other suggestions.

The butylbromide and datura inoxia (look up "moonflower") are both found on eBay. Regarding datura inoxia, it takes much more than 20 seeds to cause such problems, mainly the delirium part. If anything, it's gonna cause some drowsiness and some bradycardia at that dosage. Though there may be some paradoxical effects.
