Would you want your organs to be donated after catching the bus if they are somehow salvagable?

I am registered as an organ donor and it warms my heart that my death may save someones life / have an overall greater quality of life (I am very aware of the slim chances of that as written below), though I suppose that was unnecessary since I found out recently in the UK you are automatically an organ donor if you are an adult - but I want to hear what other people on here think about organ donating.

Little side question for people who say yes, do you try to pick a method that would increase the chances that your organs are available for donation?

Regardless of method there is obviously still the issue of cell death as a result of lack of oxygen rendering your organs unsuitable for recipient donation (maybe usable in research though) and if the need for an autopsy arises that cell death will most certainly be too much for something usable in another persons body. So, this has been in the back of my head as a lesser, but still present reason for my decisions with what method to choose (in particular partial hanging), and it saddens me that if I take SN a very large portion of my organs will instantly be unfit for donation to a recipient, alongside the previous mentioned issues.

Realistically the only method that you'd reliably be able to donate your organs with is physician assisted suicide, however I still want to hear peoples thoughts on this topic as more of a if on the very small chance your organs are salvageable would you want them to be donated?

For the most part it's just going to be a non-starter... if you ingest something to kill yourself, you risk contaminating organs and rendering them unusable.

Even if your death is "safe," there is no reliable way that I can think of where you could arrange for someone to "find" you immediately after death so they could salvage organs before tissue damage happens due to lack of blood flow and oxygen supply, without running the risk that they catch you too early and save you, rendering the whole thing a moot point.

It seems like the desire to end your life and your desire to help others with your organs are going to always be at odds.

In my jurisdiction you aren't able to donate organs unless you die in hospital, so while I would love for my death to be beneficial in some way, it's not possible

I am an organ donor. I don't need this stuff after I leave, so if any of it is useful it may be taken.

I specifically did not consent to my skin however. I have read a lot of times it ends up being used for cosmetic testing and I do not like that idea. Even if untrue I don't like that it could be true. That's not why I'm donating.
