For anyone else living in the UK and with all the crackdown that happened with SN, what other relatively peaceful options are still doable.

Full Suspension and Jumping are both always options but I dont want to leave my body in a terrible state for my family. I can't really do CO because I live in an apartment building and I dont have a car. I looked into Potassium Nitrite, Sodium Azide and Amitriptyline but I can't find any domestic sources and I don't know if they can be imported easily. I don't really know what else to consider.
Also to add, im too stupid to set up the inert gas method, but I can travel abroad to Europe if theres options there

I'm in the UK and I plan on going out via heroin (likely cut with nitazenes hopefully) in a Travelodge so my parents don't come across my body. From what I've read an opiate overdose seems blissful.

Ive been pretty much teetotal my entire life so that wouldn't really work for me. Plus im scared of needles.

Doing more research and I can see that Chloroquine is pretty easily available but I haven't heard of many people using it.

I wish there are peaceful and guaranteed options to be permanently free from this futile and torturous existence and I see so much cruelty in how there is no acceptance towards the right to die with the suffering and torture of existing seen as to force and prolong no matter what, all I want is to never suffer ever again, I really understand just wanting a way to be free from it all, I wish you the best, I hope you find the relief you search for.

I'm in a similar position, limited options which is frustrating. My physical health is worsening where symptoms are nearly unbearable but it's chronic so no official options either. Once you can DM, you're welcome to DM with me (it seems to be called a conversation on here but it's private)

I'm in the UK and just joined here. I've been using another well-known discussion forum but found that overly-moderated.

I'm planning to jump from Beachy Head, Eastbourne. I believe the highest point is over 500 feet. I'm open to other ways out...

Apparently there are scumbags on patrol at Beachy Head who try to stop you.

I'm not trying to be facetious, so please forgive me if it comes off like that. I'm just curious. But is it seriously THAT hard to obtain a firearm in the UK? Even a handgun for home defense?

I considered that, it's a back up. Travel puts me off and also the odd person has survived!

Guns are illegal. No one owns them except very specific licences. Most police don't have guns.

In UK even the police don't have guns, only the armed police. Even in Europe it is veeeeery hard to have a license for gun.

I figured as much, because I read some posts on here with very "out there" methods. Wow.

It's very strict here. I held a shotgun licence many years ago which I stupidly surrendered when I no longer needed it.

A Firearms Certificate is required for a rifle and I've never heard of anyone owning a private handgun.

If I still had a shotgun it would absolutely be my method.

I'm sorry, I laughed a bit. "Hand gun for home defense". No, that's not a thing in the UK or most if not all of Europe.

I've been doing research on that, allegedly they stop patrolling at midnight but ive also heard people say they have drones with night vision past midnight so I am unsure. Either risk it in the pitch black or go during the day and traumatise whatever tourists are around, its terrible.

The only people who can own firearms in the UK are farmers with hunting licences and rich snobs in shooting clubs. Once you are in their secret club then guns are actually pretty easy to get, but you have to be well off(financially, socially and mentally) to get in in the first place.

Regarding the beachyhead survivals, its just people who fell or jumped too close to the lower lighthouse, where the cliff isnt straight down, theres outcroppings 100 feet down or so. Could still be deadly but most likely just injure yourself permanently.
A little further between the two lighthouses is a section where its a straight cliff. Its not the tallest point but its still several hundred feet and thats where I would go if I didnt care about my body after I was gone.
