As it is unfortunately not possible for me to buy an AE for the SN method in my country, I am still looking for alternatives. My therapist has been prescribing MirtaLich (active ingredient: mirtazapine) as a sleeping pill for several years now. Could this medication be used as an AE as well as a sedative?
