I have high blood pressure and take medication to manage it. It's not really a major issue, most adults have it.

High blood pressure is managed with medication. Your suicide would have no effect on that. They would probably be sad, though. There's no pill for that.

If you keep dwelling on the thoughts of what will happen to others when you ctb, you'll never do it. Still maybe that's a good thing?
