I have 80mg temazepam, tiny bit of codeine and 2mg Xanax. Not a lot but drink with alcohol and put my head in the loop, with a plastic bag over it too.

Then I want to make myself faint by hyperventilating and holding my breath. I'd fall fully and the rope can strangle me while unconscious.
