Anyone else used to have goals, dreams, and a general will to live but lost it all?
I feel removed from the reality. It's almost like I am not part of this world at all. I feel like a ghost and I have overwhelming feeling of futility of everything.
I watch other people running around chasing whatever they deem important and I can't relate.
I feel like I have already crossed the point of no return in means of recovery
