The label states 2 litres at 100 bar so 200 litres regardless of the item description saying 220 litres. It says on the bottle it's 99.9% N2

That's 13 mins at 15lpm but you wouldn't expect to the bottle to fully empty. Death should occur after 5 mins but 20 mins flow is much safer.

The regulator is 2 stage pressure, you should really have a flow valve regulator instead

There are 2 suppliers listed in PPEH where you can get a 9.4l cylinder for around £115. That's 9.4l at 137 bar, more than 1200 litres.

Thanks Galahad didn't get notification of your message so didn't reply earlier. I'll reply soon
EDIT: I looked up PPEH and couldn't find what it is.
My situation is this: I live with someone so having a large cylinder delivered would be awkward. Nor do I have a car so picking a cylinder up from a store would be difficult.
The dimensions of the eBay cylinder mean it would be easier to receive by delivery, especially if it is boxed. I was thinking of getting two.
But I am open to your suggestion.
Could I buy the flow valve regulator separately and add it to the 2 stage regulator?
