I'm so sorry for your situation.
You aren't the only one with no other hope here. I'm sure you will get many friends, love and support here. People in same situation understands what you are going through and pain you feel and aren't afraid to talk about dieing freely with you. For loved ones it can be hard to talk about it.
There are painfree methods.
