I used cardboard to push the carotids as you see in the photo but it did not work. I leave this for the people who are trying the method and if anyone has a better idea or advice.

I tried a lot of stuff and the only thing I had was headaches. I'm gonna try this week a few things anyway and what they said in the thread but if the method isn't popular is for something. Anyway if I find a config that works I'm gonna leave it here (that's why I'm answer so I don't lost your post lol)
