Method NEED HELP PLEASE, Bullets for shotgun to end my life

What type of bullets should i choose to use for my shotgun in order to end my life? I can only choose one, slugs bullet or bokshot bullet, which of them do you think i should choose and why? please let me know and please explain yourself if you can, thank you!

Slug.
Buckshot does terrible damage unless you flinch. Then it just sands off parts of your face.
A slug is a sledgehammer..
