Need help finding a thread

Of course there's a search function but I wasn't able to find it, possibly because I wasn't misrembering. So I thought I'd try my luck and ask here.

I'm looking for a thread from I think 2020 (but was replied to this year) that I thought was titled "accepting death" or "coming to terms with death" or something like that. It's a rather long post,an essay really, that explores in depth point by point about how to.mentally accept the idea of dying.
