NDE / OOTBE anyone?

Did anybody here have any near death experience? Or at least an out of the body experience? I watched some content on YT and there seems to be more to it than life in this body. Which worries me, I don't want my consciousness to remember the nightmare this life has been and possibly carry it with me into the next. Any one can describe their NDA? So I know what to expect...
