I dont know if this exists. But whenever I talk about things or mention anything that's negative I always wish good upon it. Like how I talk about the world being hell yet I wish every night for the world to be better. Idk what it's called but if you know please tell me lol. Maybe it's just me being weird lol. I feel like there should be an actual terminology for it. Someone who sees the world negatively yet doesn't speak negatively about it and praises towards it.

It is not being weird, I do the same. It's called being hopeful even though being in this hell. Maybe the terminology for it would be optimism in pessimism? Either way, its out hope for things to turn around, naive yet there in hope we do not have to end ourselves. But things like that don't happen, at least I haven't seen it ever do.

Reminds me of something that buddhists practice. It's a meditation called loving-kindness where you pretty much wish goodness and love on anything and everything. I think that it's easy to think negative thoughts so the fact that you actively try to counter it is worth something in this world. I think a buddhist would agree.

Or christian nuns that spend their days praying.
