The saddest fact about cbting for me is the that when i do it mu pain and suffering will remain in this world it would just transfer to my family and the 3 online friends that i have i want to cut off my family and friends so that no one will know me when i cbt and no one will suffer from me ending my pain is this possible to do? Or am i going to end up hurting someone
