im going to overdose using tramadol with zolpidem and alcohol any opinions would be helpful thank you

Always use alc for these type of attempts. It enhances the power of the other drugs. It's the mix that does it rather than a big dose of any particular thing.

sure ... if she takes all of them with alc she will die. I'm mostly worried about its peacefulness. too much of tramadol causes vomiting. now combined with alc idk about her stomach

nefopam is definitely not sedative. codeine enhances the effect of tramadol and zolpidem so it's good
high tolerance to nausea... then take alc with it

I have codeine too, it's crap, only works in large amounts. It makes you tired, but too much can cause stomach pain.
