Story My DMC finally arrived in Spain!!, after a month and a half.

I don't believe it, after so much customs processing, VAT, taxes and everything, I finally have it in my hands, customs gave me my DMC sn, which was destroyed, but it arrived after almost a month and a half. But now, in the situation of overcontrol in which I find myself, it will be impossible to use it until I don't know when... A year, maybe more? I can't take the risk and I'm afraid it will break down. I've stored it here in this airtight container (although the lid is plastic), with desiccant bags. I don't have the strength to make another order and move forward with so many papers and such, if it expires and I'm afraid that's why the only option is to jump off the fourth floor.

No, it was closed but because of customs and the government and so on in Spain, I had to do some paperwork because otherwise they would destroy it (I don't know what that was) and I got scared. But in the photo it looks good from what it looks like, unopened.
But 1 and a half month to arrive and know if it is damaged or not. I'm scared, honestly. When the package arrived I opened it, checked it, put in the desiccants and then put it in the airtight box. Will it hold up? I don't know. Opportunity to do it? complicated. Would I order again and would the same thing happen to me? I see, so they told you that they could destroy it but they didn't do it.

Right now, your SN should be okay. I don't know how much time it will work, but a lot of people go through something like this for some weeks when they order from DMC and they can still use it to CTB.
