Some people hate them some people love them. I happen to love them. My favorite thing to make is crab stuffed mushrooms for Thanksgiving. They're easy to make and delicious!!

I do love the psychedelic variety as well which they've just legalized in my state for mental health so I'm exciting for what will happen in the next few years.
I like the positive feedback I get when I post these food related posts but sometimes it's hard to come up with so I'd like to challenge others to come up with their own ideas. I'm in the US so it would be interesting what people in other countries can come up with.
