I hate waking up to being this. This can't be real.

I just want to die. SN can't come fast enough. Why is the world like this? Im terrified of existing like this.

I've got the psychache too, man. I'm sorry you're going through this. The world would rather not think about us than make the drugs available. Everyone should be able to get MAiD when things go permanently south.
