hey, its very hard for me to source metoclopramide or any strong dopamine receptor antagonist antiemetic in the country im from (EU country), would metopimazine work as an alternative? ive researched it a little bit and as I understand its also a dopamine receptor antagonist, but a lot less strong than metoclopramide. would a higher dosage of this be sufficient or should i keep looking for better?

I am also researching this. Metoclopramide has the advantage of being prokinetic so the sodium nitrite is absorbed faster. As a consequence, Metopimazine might be

- slower
- more painful (chemical stomach burn)
- less lethal (more time for the body to reduce methemoglobin)

maybe someone more knowledgable than me wants to chime in

So, in my country it's also hard to find metoclopramide... And metopimazine is not a good solution...

From what I've heard on my time here, people that have tried with this suffered a lot more and some of them couldn't CTB with it (even with respecting the full protocol)

I don't want to scare you and I'm not an expert, But lying to a doc to get it might be a better solution (even if it takes longer) than to just use metropimazine.

Again, I'm not a 100% sure about what I'm saying, it's just things I heard from right to left.

Lot of Love <3
