Help Metoclopramide (antivomit) and sleep.

I read that one of the side effects of Metoclopramide (antivomit) is sleepiness. I saw that metoclopramide is recommended half an hour- 1 hour before drinking N. This means that when I drink N, I will be sleepy. How much can this hinder?

I take Metoclopramide often because of chronic migraine. For me it has very positive benefits. I always feel better when I take it (also never sleepy). That being said not everyone reacts well to the same medication. If you have Metoclopramide I suggest testing it first on its own to see how your body reacts.
