my bad if this is a dumb question, but i know youre supposed to stop drinking water 2 hours before you take the SN/KN drink. Can i take the meto pills with a little bit of water? Or should i just be swallowing them dry. Again sorry for being stupid 
I've wondered this too. I think I read the tinniest amount of water is preferable but then- I also wondered if I should start practising dry swallowing pills. It would seem better to have as little fluid as possible swilling about. (So the SN solution is absorbed more quickly.) Hoping someone else will have the answer...
