Help Meto sn

Is meto really that necessary with sn? The only way i could get this is on the black market and i really dont want to wait another month or two. I usually dont puke even when i drank 2 bottles of vodka.

My 2 cents: It isnt necessary. But from what ive read and gathered a usually "strong" stomach doesnt mean you wont vomit from SN. So no, it is not necessary, but if i had to only use 1 thing with SN it would be an AE.
