Method Question

Greetings all. I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I had been lurking for a while and decided to join. I just have a method question. What I have on hand is Metoprolol tartrate (5200 mg on hand) and Nifedipine XR (690 mg on hand) and some lisinopril. I also have Zofran for nausea. Is this sufficient or is the SN method better? I discovered the DMC site through the clues posted and am just wondering. Thanks in advance.

"Random" pill OD's are generally adviced against, as it isn't reliable and you risk long term damage if surviving.
