Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It usually doesn't so much as it gives similar phrases and pictures, I would say the real issue is remembering all the crazy shit you've read by the time it could possibly come around again. Probably does though, maybe similar to how a monkey on a keyboard works.
