looking for help with art practice

im really unhappy with my current artistic skillset and ive got two commission works on my back
i cant bring myself into actually getting the job done because not only am i sick but also whenever i pick up a pen and try to craft something it just ends up looking all wonky, every second that i dont deliver the pieces i feel like im leeching off of my clients and that makes me feel even worse,
im all tensed up and really need a little push from the outside so please send me some characters (thats what i specialize in), scenarios and poses (thats what im most lacking in) (could be pictures or just descriptions, doesnt matter)

Can I see some of your drawings? So, what I do when I get artist block is I draw cards. I have a journal with little variables to help inspire me, 1 card decides the pose, 1 the character gender, skin, hair etc. That's just what I personally do, but I'm not great at art imo.

i mostly do these silly little chibis nowdays
and recently found much comfort in making vent art but they both commissioned full body pieces in a semirealistic style and thats something i havent done in a while and cant really make anything that lives up to it so im just hoping that id be able to somehow cook something up with those ingredients that i currently have at hand >_<

i also dont think that you need to be great at art, i believe that its about the beauty of creation in itself, and im only beating myself over it because im expected to deliver a specific thing for a specific price, i really wish i could be at the stage where i create whatever i want and people buy it :((

You can't rush perfection! If I were you I'd just try to take some artistic liberties where ever I can and hope that you're both satisfied with the finish product. I'm sure they wouldn't have reached out to you if the didn't already like your style. Good luck op!

i think my anatomy is fine but for gods love i cant do anything with perspective and depth..
