Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Cimetidine is also easily available there. A second rapid-acting benzo is not so easy. Lorazepam has recently been banned.There are many dodgy pharmacies in Thailand that will sell restricted substances. I know Amitriptyline can be obtained there, as can diazepam. The antiemetic domperidone is available OTC. Not sure about the other 2 drugs in the cocktail, or whether meto is available there (if you prefer it to domperidone).
