I'm shocked when I read some of my posts from long ago. I was like did I write this? It seems like it's not me but it says it's me and I vaguely remember. It's just weird that I was thinking some of this stuff. I didn't think I was capable of some of the posts I made lol! I'm feeling more ready to go after I read the old posts. It just brings to light the seriousness of the borderline disorder.

I keep a journal that I write in from time to time, and I've had a very similar experience as you. Sometimes when I read my past entries it hurts to know that I was in such a dark place at the time. But what really hurts the most is the fact that I haven't gotten better. When I see an entry was made months ago it almost brings me to tears knowing I'm in the same place mentally as I was in then. I hope you find more understanding of your past post <3.
