After some meetings with professionals, I finna start a new lithium treatment for my illness. I got curious and found out that some people try to CTB by lithium poisoning (probably by consuming a certain amount in a short period of time), I wanna know if someone in this site had some experience with methods involving lithium or if it's really that effective.

Pretty much anything given for an illness (especially of the mental variety) will have a very, very high LD₅₀ to prevent people from overdosing, either intentionally or not. If you post the exact medication you were given, we could probably give you a better recommendation, but generally, no, overdosing is not a good method.

Well lithium generally helps to keep your body's natural clock in check. My advice would be not to go over your dosage and most importantly you gotta keep yourself distracted with activities, could be playing games or just reading and replying to posts on here. Remember bro we're all clueless in this big blue ball so don't over think things. you'll feel calm, believe the calm and try to synchronize with it. it's easy to panic and look for the chaos you're use to but believe the calm. You'll be fine bud, follow exactly what you're told on the meds

My full prescription I get equals 162,000mg. Ground up in a drink would give anyone lithium toxicity. Time to death is questionable though.

Death by lithium poisoning is terribly, slow and painful - and very easy to spot and stop/reverse by medical staff if you get spotted - would recommend researching other methods...
