I can't stop crying I want to die so bad, more than anything. I hate myself and my life so much it hurts. I hate suffering please make it stop.

I'm sorry you're suffering so badly. I can't think of a reason why self hatred would be appropriate or necessary, but I've dealt with self hated, too, due to trauma so I get it.
