Laburnum seeds

Apologies if this has been discussed before (too new to access the search function) or is a stupid question, but has anyone tried laburnum seeds? Seems way too good to be true (easy/cheap/legal to procure an allegedly lethal dose) - is it?

Seems like high chance of vomiting and other discomfort according to Grok, but not as excruciating as some other poisons. Still though it doesn't seem like a painless method.

I'm not tooooo fussed about pain tbh. Would need to combine with some kind of anti-emetic for sure but hard to work out what exactly given how straightforward it sounds. But like I say, seems a bit too good to be true
