I don't watch tv, no the world is not perfect but I have been dealt a a lot in my life and I am mentally and emotionally exhausted and no life left in me. Every person's situation is different but being understanding and accepting of it makes the difference.
That was a generalization. I should have been clear. And I feel you. It can be hard to get help these days. I'm in the same boat. I feel you.
Calling you a liar is absolutely not what mental health professionals are supposed to do especially when the patient is really suicidal and deeply hurt. They're too zealous and I expect that what would be waiting for you once you admit your ideation is inhumane, predatory and traumatic things that should be seen as abuse. I wish I could take you out of that placeI am trying but they tell me I am lying when I say I am not suicidal, I am so frustrated

It's not a lethal height, just letting you know. LD50 says 48 feet (lethal dose 50%) and that bridge is only something like ~40 ft.
It would be to drown in the water as I would be drunk and high on overdose.
I think the drive to get out of life threats like drowning is so innate that would not be able to be disabled by benzos or alcohol. It's possible that your body unconsciously or desparately swim to the bank. Does the "helium tank" mean inert gas method, or that you're going to jump with the weight? Drowning is regarded as a painful method. While I really understand your situation, please ask yourself if you are sure or not?
