Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Really the only method I can access these days is jumping. (I'm targeting about 15-16 floors, and making sure it's onto concrete.) What are some ways to help overcome SI that you'd recommend? I've heard alcohol is not advisable because it relaxes the muscles which could protect you more on the landing.

If you are going 16 floors even with alcohol you should be safe....my failed jump in 88 I had alcohol but height was lower than your thinking...next time I will just turn up at location and go for it...no chance for SI then although not had issue with SI in any of my attempts...just a longing to end this pain...
