Joining the Marines

I'm out here in the parking lot of a recruiter's office getting ready to take the ASVAB and the physical so I can have another shot at life. I don't expect my suicidal ideation to go if I get through training but I think this opportunity will give me the chance to have more confidence and maybe advocate for mental health in the future. I still think ultimately I will kill myself in the near future but I think this will give me some peace at night knowing I'm doing the best I can with my current situation. I'll keep you posted on how things go!
