I think during the daytime I can somewhat keep bad thoughts at bay and cope with whatever it is that I feel, but nighttime feels like a whole 'nother deal.

It gets really bad and everything feels so much worse than if it were daytime. Wtf am I even supposed to do.

What challenges are you facing? What overwhelms you?

Overwhelming anxiety over my future. Cause I'm lazy as shit and can't picture myself being able to sustain myself. Over human relationships because I feel like an alien and it feels like I'll never really belong anywhere. More stuff that I can't quite articulate into words, but general feelings of hopelessness. Dunno. It sounds very surface level and solvable, and it might even make me into a laughing stock by others who have more "real" problems, but it consumes me nonetheless.
