i just tried to ctb by partial hanging after taking some cough syrup some time ago and tying my hands up, almost went through but SI made me move my head to release pressure, but i realized the cough syrup really helped cos it masked some signs of impeding death, i just wish i could keep my head down, i hope i do finally ctb soon though, but this was really close (i did feel liquid in my throat,idk what that is but i hope its not anything serious).
