Discussion Is this SN plan any good?

Is this plan good?
1hr - 1000mg of paracetamol
55 minutes - 300mg of passion flower + 40mg of propranolol, passion-flower has similar effects to a benzodiazepine and it works best when combined with propranolol hence why im taking them together.
45 minutes - 3x10mg meto
30 minutes - 300mg of passion flower + 40mg of propranolol
Finally - 20g of SN + 320mg of propranolol
Will the propranolol take effect or do you guys think I wont feel any of the effects of the propranolol, I took 10mg propranolol before and never felt anything different, I might take the 320mg of propranolol 30 minutes before since that's what others suggested in discussions about this.

Your plan looks good. I would stick to 25g sn and take 320mg propranolol 30 minutes before

Thanks, should I crush the propranolol and put it into the water or just add the propranolol into the water without any crushing.

crush it into fine powder and mix thoroughly for a few minutes until fully dissolved

0:30 - 300mg of passion flower (one capsule) + 360mg (9x40mg) of propranolol
1:00 - SN.
How long do you have to mix for, I was planning on mixing the SN and water + propranolol and water for 5 minutes but I heard crushing pills makes them instant release and I am worried the propranolol + SN might 'spoil' if I leave them out in the open for too long
