Hey,
Im thinking if I do CTB I might try CO in a locked garage or just do the average jump off a bridge.
I don't know if that's a good idea or not? What do you suggest

Nobody here will suggest any particular method to you (or to anyone else). That is 100% your decision.

What are you planning to use to generate the CO? I think it would be too difficult to get CO to a high enough concentration in a garage. No comment on jumping - it's not for me.

Im just gonna be honest. Jumping from a height isnt that easy. Unless you already live in a high rise. The risk is detection, and now you are on radar.

My goal is to jump and I already picked a spot (a transmitter tower not far from my home). However I already tried it 2 times and it is so difficlut to overcome my SI. That's why I still live, u fortunately. So if you try jumping, be advised, that it won't be as easy as you are imagining it to be and that if you jump, it is inreversable. That's why people respect jumpers a lot. The decision itself is so much more difficult.
