Help Is there a place that gives instructions on the SN method?

I have had a hard time finding a place that both lists the specifics about the SN method ingredients and the steps to do it successfully and places to buy this stuff in the US. anywhere here where I can find it? I know it is somewhere here and it is probably in an obvious place but I couldn't find it
