like if i burn 2-3 mosquito repellent coils in a completely closed room with absolutely no ventilation, will it's smoke end my suffering?

I think you will suffer but it will not kill you, however any mosquitos in the room will die after intense suffering.
I have never heard of this. I wouldn't think it would work. Are you maybe thinking about the charcoal method?
